This class will cover all of the basics of machine quilting on your home machine.  Learn about batting, threads, pressing and pin basting.  Chris will give you lots of information on how to choose the best design for your quilt, how to mark it, and most of all you will get to practice, practice, practice.  There will be a small amount of time devoted to using your walking foot.  Emphasis will be on free motion quilting.

You've taken a machine quilting class, but are still nervous about starting on a quilt of your own. Become a more confident quilter as you practice on the Summer Basket Panel.  Chris will give you suggestions for quilting this panel.  When you are done you will be ready to jump in to your own  projects.     REQUIRED:  MACHINE QUILTING CLASS
